*Citrine® Quartz guarantees material will be free from manufacturing defects. Nevertheless, if you encounter any manufacture defects during the warranty period, Citrine® Quartz will repair or replace as is necessary.
*This warranty does not cover products exposed to abnormal use or conditions or abuse in any way. Abnormal use or conditions include but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, scorching or exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, staining or damage from improper care or any other breaking due to customer abuse.
*Citrine® Quartz surfaces are intended to have a natural and non-uniform appearance thus, this limited warranty does not cover any variances in color, shade, particle structure or gloss level.
*This warranty does not cover outdoor usage of your quartz stone.
*This warranty does not cover products that you, the customer, decide you do not like after installation due to color, edging styles or other opinions based on personal preference.
*This warranty does not cover commercial uses, including but not limited to use in commercial buildings such as retail stores, restaurants, offices, hotels, or apartment complexes.
*To make a claim under warranty, you must fill out the form provided on this page. In order to successfully accommodate your request regarding the warranty, you must save a scanned copy of the original invoice and digital photos so that they can be
attached to the claim and evaluated.
*Once received, our team will assess your warranty claim and propose a practical and satisfactory solution. Note that in the case of Citrine® Quartz, the security may not be applied without an invoice. Repairs or replacements under this warranty must be performed by the Citrine® Quartz services.

Citrine Quartz stone is less heat resistant than other stone surfaces including most granite, marble. But, it is not affected by temperatures below 150 ° C (300 ° F). Citrine Quartz stone can be damaged by sudden temperature changes.
We recommend that hot pots and pans never be placed directly on the surface, and that a hot pad or trivet is used under portable cooking units.
